Who I am

breq studio is run by Bray, an individual in Indonesia. For any privacy matters, contact me on WhatsApp 0812-7201-648 or by email at braykwenandar@gmail.com.

What this site collects

  • There are no forms, accounts, tracking cookies, or advertising cookies. This site does not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.
  • This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like all servers, Cloudflare logs technical data such as IP addresses, browser types, and visit times to keep the site secure and fast. This data is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Your browser stores a small flag in sessionStorage so the opening animation plays only once. It contains no personal data and is removed when the tab is closed.

What you send me

If you contact me through WhatsApp or email, I receive what you send: your name, phone number or email address, business name, Instagram or online store links, photos, logos, and other materials.

I use this only to:

  • answer your questions,
  • prepare a demo or quote for your business,
  • build and maintain your website if you place an order.

I do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with others. The only exceptions are services used for the work: WhatsApp (Meta), Gmail (Google), Cloudflare for hosting, and the domain provider when registering a domain in your name.

How long data is kept

Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above. If you do not proceed after a demo, you can ask me to delete all materials and the demo. After a project is completed, I keep the project files for revisions and records unless you ask me to delete them.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (Personal Data Protection Law), you have the right to:

  • know what data I hold about you,
  • request corrections to that data,
  • request its deletion,
  • withdraw consent at any time.

Design concepts and third-party brands

Some pages on this site show design concepts I created independently to demonstrate my work. These are labelled as concepts.

  • The names, logos, product photos, and trademarks shown remain the property of their respective owners.
  • These concepts are not the brands' official websites and do not mean that the brands have partnered with, commissioned, or endorsed breq studio.
  • Websites presented as work in the selected work section are projects I have worked on.

If you own a brand and want a concept featuring your brand taken down, contact me. I will remove it from this site within 3 business days.

Security

This site uses HTTPS. I request only the data that is necessary, and project materials are stored in password-protected accounts.

Children

This service is intended for business owners. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Links to other sites

This site links to WhatsApp, client websites, and other sites. Their privacy policies are determined by their respective owners.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Significant changes will be clearly stated on this page.
