Pricing

• Every project is quoted individually, based on its scope.
• The price is the one in the written quote I send through WhatsApp or email. No additional charges apply without your prior agreement.

Free demo

The hero demo is free, with no obligation to buy. It remains the property of breq studio until you place an order and may not yet be used or published as your website.

Payment

• 50% is payable after you accept the quote. Work begins once the deposit is received.
• The remaining 50% is payable before the website goes live. The website is published after full payment.

100% deposit refund

After receiving the deposit, I send the first design. If it is not right for you and you cancel before approving that design, I will refund your deposit in full within 7 business days.

Once you approve the design, the deposit is non-refundable because website development is already underway.

Timeline

• I work on only a few projects at a time. The start date and estimated completion date are stated in the quote before you pay anything. If my schedule is full, you will know your start date in advance.
• Landing Page: approximately 7 days after I receive all materials (logo, photos, product information, and store links).
• Brand Package: the timeline is stated in the quote.
• If your materials or feedback are delayed, the timeline moves back by the same amount of time.

Revisions

Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions after design approval. One round covers all changes you submit together, such as text, colours, photos, or section order.

Major changes, such as an entirely new concept or additional pages, are quoted separately, with the price agreed before work begins.

Materials you provide

You warrant that you have the right to use the logos, photos, and text you provide. You are responsible for claims about your products, including distribution permits, halal status, prices, and stock.

Website ownership

• After full payment, your website, meaning the design, text, and images created specifically for you, becomes your property.
• Until full payment, all of it remains the property of breq studio.
• General-purpose code and tools I use across multiple projects remain my property, but you may use them on your website indefinitely.
• I may feature your website in the breq studio portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Domain and hosting

• The domain is registered in your name. The first year's cost is included. You pay for renewal in subsequent years.
• The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting is free for websites of this kind.
• On request, I will transfer the website files and domain access to your own account.

After launch

I will fix errors resulting from my work, such as broken links or mobile layout problems, at no charge. Content changes or new features after launch are discussed and priced separately.

Limitation of liability

• I do not guarantee any sales volume or a particular Google ranking.
• I am not responsible for disruptions to third-party services such as Cloudflare, WhatsApp, Shopee, or Tokopedia.
• My liability is limited to the amount you have paid for that project.

If I cannot complete the project

If I cannot complete the project for reasons on my side, I will refund all payments you have made in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If an issue arises, we will first try to resolve it through amicable discussion.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Projects already underway remain subject to the terms in effect when you paid the deposit.
